Our approach

Not guarding.
Governance.

Most residential security failures are not operational. They are structural — the result of undefined procedures, undocumented access, unclear lines of authority, and untested contingencies.

Orbit Group does not offer guarding services. We design, implement, and oversee the security architecture of private residences and estates — building governance frameworks that allow clients to live with confidence, continuity, and privacy.

Our model integrates people, procedures, and technology into a single coherent structure. One that holds when it matters.

Operating principles

01

Discretion

Security is most effective when invisible. Our operations are calibrated to the lifestyle of each principal — never intrusive, always present.

02

Continuity

Risk does not pause. Our frameworks are designed for permanence — documented, transferable, resilient to staff changes or circumstance.

03

Structure

Every mandate begins with documentation. Procedures, access hierarchies, escalation protocols — written, tested, owned by the client.

04

Accountability

Clear chain of authority. Named responsibilities. Auditable decisions. Security governance requires precision, not improvisation.

05

Confidentiality

Client identity, property details, and operational specifics remain strictly private. No case studies. No public references. No exceptions.

06

Tailored service

No two mandates carry the same risk profile. Every engagement is built from first principles — never templated, never generic.

Intelligence & transaction advisory

Due diligence
as a security
discipline.

The risk profile of a business transaction, a strategic partnership, or a key hire is rarely limited to financial exposure. Reputational, legal, and operational risks are embedded in the people and entities involved — and they are systematically underassessed.

Orbit Group extends its security intelligence methodology to the advisory context. We support private clients, family offices, and corporate principals in conducting structured, discreet background verification on counterparties, business partners, senior candidates, and key vendors — before commitments are made.

Our approach combines open-source intelligence (OSINT), corporate registry analysis, and human-source enquiry to produce verified, actionable assessments.

01 — Counterparty

Transaction Security Advisory

Pre-closing intelligence on counterparties in real estate acquisitions, business transfers, investment mandates, and private equity transactions. Identification of beneficial ownership structures, undisclosed liabilities, and reputational exposure.

02 — Corporate

Business & Entity Verification

Verification of corporate identity, registration status, directorship history, and litigation exposure across multiple jurisdictions. Designed for clients entering commercial relationships with unfamiliar entities in Europe, the Middle East, or emerging markets.

03 — Personnel

Executive & Staff Background Screening

Comprehensive background verification for domestic staff, estate managers, private office hires, and senior executives. Covers identity, employment history, financial conduct, criminal record, and open-source profile.

What we
verify &
assess.

Beneficial ownership — identification of ultimate beneficial owners, shell structures, and offshore arrangements
Litigation & regulatory exposure — civil, criminal, and regulatory proceedings across relevant jurisdictions
Adverse media & reputational signals — structured OSINT across open-source media, court records, and public registers
Financial conduct indicators — insolvency history, directorship failures, county court judgements, and credit flags
Identity & credential verification — confirmation of stated professional background, qualifications, and employment history
PEP & sanctions screening — politically exposed persons and sanctions list cross-referencing for AML compliance
Network mapping — identification of undisclosed relationships, connected entities, and conflict-of-interest indicators

Orbit Group was founded on a straightforward observation: the gap between the quality of a private client's lifestyle and the quality of their residential security governance is almost always wider than it should be.

After more than a decade operating within French special forces, national police protection, and private close protection assignments for UHNW principals in Switzerland and London, the pattern was consistent — residences protected by instinct rather than architecture, by presence rather than procedure.

Orbit Group exists to close that gap. Through structure, documentation, and accountability. The kind of security that is resilient because it is designed, not because it is reactive.

Every engagement is led personally, with complete discretion, and a commitment to delivering frameworks that remain operational long after the initial mandate ends.
